Trial & Appellate Resources provides the following services to counsel and plaintiffs during both the trial and appellate process:

Financial Services for Counsel

We invest in high-cost complex civil litigation with select firms.  In addition, we purchase portions of attorney fee awards on appealed judgments on a non-recourse basis.

Financial Services for Plaintiffs

We purchase portions of appealed judgments on a non-recourse basis.  This allows the plaintiff to use funds from the trial win now, when they need to, and diversify what in many cases is their largest asset.

We employ our knowledge, skill and experience to help our clients meet their litigation needs in complex cases throughout the United States.   As our client testimonials demonstrate, we pride ourselves on exceeding the expectations of counsel and our clients.

Testimonials

“Working with Trial & Appellate Resources has been a real pleasure.  They were professional and responsive.  Trial & Appellate Resources’ underwriting process is fast and they delivered the funding on our case that they promised when it was needed the most.    I would gladly recommend Trial & Appellate Resources.”           Paul S. – NY Trial Attorney

Trial & Appellate Resources is a wonderful group to work with on appellate funding.  Its staff was knowledgeable and thorough in the underwriting process and worked diligently to help spot issues and flush out the strengths  and any possible weaknesses of defending our million dollar verdict through appeal.  This insight was invaluable and was an added benefit I do not believe I would have received anywhere else.  I recommend trial counsel to seriously consider Trial & Appellate Resources in the future.
Joseph M. Kar – Trial Attorney
